Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us within the 48-hour window by:

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation After 48 Hours
- After 48 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
- Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.
- In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation is approved within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Items
Some products may not be eligible for cancellation, such as:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Special sale or clearance items (as indicated on the product page)
If applicable, non-cancellable status will be clearly mentioned on the product listing.
